The photovoltaic cell manufacturing plant, Photonix Materials, covers an area of 15,000 square meters and is situated in Dâmbovița County. In this space, 1 GW of photovoltaic cells will be produced annually.

Photonix Materials acquires the basic components and enhances them by adding chemical elements such as boron, phosphorus, or oxides to increase the efficiency of the photovoltaic cell.
